DigitalPoster dead ? Not at all.

With Nieware Solutions, we worked on a fantastic project called "DigitalPoster". We had a final release, version 1.0 which has been published on the web. This version was really buggy and functions weren't complete. Today, Harmony Team decided to work again on that soft. We didn't recode it from scratch, we began from the version 1.0 source code and made a beautiful and fully working version 1.5 ! So if you want to test the meeting of the Harmony Power and the Nieware Design, you'll be able in 1 week !
We'll just debug the little parts of the application to make it working with Harmony OS and XONE. Yeah ... as you saw, DigitalPoster is not a "NeXT" app, so it will work on Windows, Harmony and XONE ! It will be of course a piece of the Harmony System.

What's new in version 1.5 ?
- Finnaly fixed the after publish bug !!
- Improved Webcam importation, working well !!
- Removed the buggy updater, use built-in updater
- Improved some UI in dialogs
- Fixed a background bug which displayed the color only under the menu.
- Improved Harmony and XONE intergration.
- The work is now from Harmony Team, not Yil2201 Productions.

Harmony won't be ported on Macs !

We writed on our website that Harmony will be ported to Mac OS X soon.
We annonce today that we won't port it. It is bad and useless idea, we explain why we think that on our website in french.

NeXT applications ...

What are NeXT applications ?

All those applications will be parts of the Harmony OS. To make you able to see the apps for Harmony we release and the apps for Mac OS X we release, we decided to release applications for Harmony with a "NeXT" name. So, NeXT Messenger, NeXT Discover ( the new name of NeXT Explorer ) will be developped ONLY for Harmony. Those applications are really fantastic. They have all a beautiful "Stripes" UI and understable functions. They won't be ported on other platforms than Harmony.
We are sorry about the Nieware Xone project, but they have to understand that our apps are a benefit for our OS !

So, where is Harmony ?

You may ask where is the dev of Harmony.
Harmony is doing really well. This week is especially a debug part of the Harmony project.
We are working to debug all the features and all the applications that we made to build and create new features from a working well base. I think this is a part which Nieware forgot ...
Xone project is focused on "WOW" effects as they call it. The effects aren't the most important part of an operating system! You need a lot of applications to have a multi-task system and to be able to work ONLY on this system. We understood that and so, we are happy to announce that we have 10 working applications "Made For Harmony". They aren't really advanced as Xone Sidebar or so, but they are stable and they are working really well. Other features will be added in the future, when the team will have time to do so. But now, Harmony is totally stable. We tested it on modern processors as the release will be in next months, those processors will be normal processors and the speed was incredible ! Rolling effect at startup hadn't been so fast ! ( Core 2 Duo 2.16Ghz )
You'll can soon test a preview release of Harmony, this is why we were debugging this build :)
